Welcome to Baby’s Breath Breastfeeding ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, and any other communication or engagement you have with us. By booking services, accessing our website, or engaging with our practice in any way, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer lactation consulting, infant feeding support, and early speech-language services. Services may be delivered in person, in-home, or virtually (telehealth), depending on your location and preference.

All clinical services are provided by trained professionals in accordance with their respective credentials and scope of practice.

2. Client Responsibilities

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate health and personal information during intake and sessions

  • Follow any care recommendations or referrals in consultation with your healthcare provider

  • Be present and on time for scheduled appointments

  • Provide a safe and respectful environment for in-home visits

3. Payment & Refunds

  • A 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

  • Full payment is due at or before the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods include [insert methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, Zelle, etc.].

  • We do not directly bill insurance, but a superbill may be provided upon request for client reimbursement.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life with a newborn is unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule your session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a prompt alternative.

5. Use of Website and Content

All content on our website, social media, and digital materials—including logos, images, copy, and downloadable resources—is the intellectual property of Baby’s Breath Breastfeeding unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission

  • Use our website or materials for unlawful or harmful purposes

6. Telehealth

When receiving virtual services, clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a private, distraction-free environment. Telehealth sessions are conducted using secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms to protect your privacy.

7. Disclaimer

Our services are intended to complement, not replace, your relationship with your pediatrician, OB-GYN, or other medical providers. We do not provide emergency medical care. If you or your child are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baby’s Breath Breastfeeding is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to delays, errors in content, or missed appointments.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal and health information. For details on how we collect, use, and store your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website following changes to the Terms will indicate your acceptance of the updated terms.
